For Life is a family friendly, family owned & operated Martial Arts Club,

located on The Central Coast since 1997.

Our Dojo is located in Woy Woy and we also have additional classes in Wyongah.

All of our instructors are fully qualified & government accredited. We specialize in real life self defense, using techniques from Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate & Jiu Jitsu (Japanese).
