Shihan Michael has been a Martial Arts instructor for over 35 years & holds a 6th Dan black belt in both Karate/Kickboxing & Hand to Hand Combat (Japanese Jiu Jitsu).​

He has grown For Life Martial Arts into a welcoming, family-focused club where students of all ages can learn, grow and build confidence.

He continues to lead the club alongside his son, Sensei Jason, with the support of Sensei Jack and Sensei Jaye, passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation of instructors and students.
